Dr. Waggoner has been in the pastoral ministry since 1980, serving churches in West Virginia and North Carolina. He has been the Senior Pastor at Fellowship Baptist Church since April 1992. He is a graduate of Marietta College, Marietta, Ohio, and holds masters degrees from Temple Baptist Theological Seminary in Chattanooga, Tennessee (M.R.E., M.Div.), and a Doctoral degree (D. Min.) from Trinity Theological Seminary, Newburgh, Indiana. Pastor Waggoner and his wife Dianne have been married over thirty years and have one daughter.

Rev. Cloer has been in the Youth Ministry since 1999, serving churches in North Carolina. He joined the staff of Fellowship Baptist Church in August 2005. He is a graduate of Piedmont Baptist College, Winston Salem, North Carolina. Rev. Cloer and his wife Melody were married in 2000 and have been serving the Lord together since.
